Christmas 2022 Shipping updates

Last orders Dec 6th for Christmas delivery. Royal Mail strikes are creating delays.

Orders shipping daily Monday - Friday.

We are working very hard to get our magical products ready for you for some December fun! We are facing challenges outside of our control that do impact delivery times, however currently we despatch orders from our warehouse within 1 working day and personalised printed items are made and despatched in in 3 - 5 working days. 

Personalised UK orders

Personalised orders are shipping Royal Mail First Class in the UK.

All personalised items such as Elf letters and Santa Letters are now in production every day. 

We will send an email to you when your order despatches. Please have patience, our team are working their magic as fast as they can to deliver your Christmas goodies to you. 

Postage and courier services may also face challenges which are unfortunately out of our hands. Royal Mail do have planned industrial action, please check their website for details: https://www.royalmail.com/latest-news

International Orders

International orders are shipping with Royal Mail Tracked and Signed service.

Stock Update

If you currently see an item available and in stock, snap it up - we will be listing stock as it becomes available. If an item is out of stock now, it will not be available before Christmas 2022.
