Shipping Status

Updated: October 9th 2025. As a small business we don't ship Christmas items all year around, we are currently shipping any in stock items (such as elf toys). 

Personalised items are currently scheduled to be in production and shipping the week commencing 20th October 2025. If you are waiting for an order you will receive an email when your order ships, we are working through orders in chronological order and appreciate your patience.

Standard, non personalised Ninth Edition Advent Letters are due to ship week commencing 20th October 2025.

UK Delivery Information

Non Personalised Items

We ship from within the UK and your shipping costs are calculated at checkout, depending on what you have ordered and where you are located. 

 

We aim to despatch any non personalised items within 1 working day, on a Royal Mail second class delivery service. If any of your products are as a pre order item, they will all ship together on the date stated on the product page.

Orders are not guaranteed to arrive within 2 - 3 working days, this is an estimated time frame from our delivery partners, Royal Mail.

 

You will receive an email when your order is dispatched. Please check your junk folder if you do not see an Elf shipping email from us.

 

Personalised Items

Personalised items are made to order within 4 - 5 working days of the order being placed and then shipped with Royal Mail. Personalised items arrive separately from non personalised items, such as elf toys.

All personalised items include free shipping. If you add a mix of personalised and non-personalised items to your cart, shipping will be calculated accordingly to cover both shipments.

We recommend orders are placed by Nov 20th for December 1st arrival. Royal Mail service is out of our hands and we can not guarantee delivery dates, the services are stretched at this time of year.

Hoodies

 

Hoodies are made to order within 10 working days of the order being placed and then shipped with Royal Mail. Hoodies arrive separately.

Notes

Please be aware that the Christmas Elf Kit is well packed in a small cardboard box. However, this Elf delivery unfortunately won’t fit through a standard letter box. 

Birthday Cards & Personalised Greeting Cards arrive in a North Pole envelope addressed to your child so please watch out for those arriving.

Before contacting us to report a lost or delayed parcel, please check for a card through your door from a courier.

If there is still no sign of your Elf delivery, please contact us look into it further for you.

Worldwide Shipping Information

International post services experience delays in the lead u to Christmas. We ship your items on a tracked delivery service, but unfortunately we are unable to take responsibility for delays.

We recommend ordering in October for international orders.

 

EU Customers  - import duty will be calculated at checkout.

Returns

Please note personalised items which have been made to order are non-returnable. Other returns can be arranged by contacting us at northpole@elfforchristmas.co.uk

Please include your name and order number with your return, once an item has been checked into our warehouse, and assuming it is returned in the exact condition it was purchased, a full refund will be processed. Full details are available in our terms and conditions.
