Our 12 Days of Elf Letters set delivers one personalised letter a day through the final twelve days before Christmas (or spread throughout December), telling a complete North Pole story with your child’s name, town and personal details woven through every chapter. Read these at your own pace and just ensure your last letter, day 12, is ready on Christmas Eve.

Written by Pip McJingles or signed from your own elf, the twelve letters follow a full adventure from first flurry to Christmas Eve finale - mischief, mishaps and workshop wonders included. It’s the same beloved letter-writing magic as our 24-day set, told at a gentler pace.

How it works

Order with your child’s name and your set of twelve personalised letters arrives ready for the countdown. Start on the 13th of December and read one each day — at breakfast, at bedtime, or delivered by your resident Christmas elf — and the final letter lands on Christmas Eve, just as the sleigh takes off.

Printed on 120gsm quality paper, the 12 fold-out elf letters are in full colour, beautifully illustrated with original drawings, and measure 148mm x 315mm. The paper used is FSC certified and the production of the letters is carbon balanced.

Please note, we cannot correct spelling mistakes or other errors – the personalised information will appear in your letters exactly as you have provided it, so please take extra care and double check your form before ordering. Letters printed with incorrect information provided by you cannot be refunded.
