Share your World Book Day pictures with us for a chance to win a pile of brilliant children’s books!
At Elf for Christmas we jump at any excuse to wear silly costumes, so we always get super excited in the run up to World Book Day!
A wonderful celebration of literature, World Book Day sees children and grown-ups alike dressing up as their favourite characters from every kind of book imaginable.
But, aside from creating our own fancy dress costumes, one of the best things about World Book Day has to be seeing all the pictures on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram of everyone else’s costumes!
So to celebrate World Book Day, which falls on March 2 this year, we’ll be giving away a fabulous collection of children’s picture books by one of our favourite authors Julia Donaldson.
The prize includes a copy of The Gruffalo's Child, The Gruffalo, Cave Baby, The Smartest Giant in Town, Tyrannosauras Drip, The Paper Dolls, A Squash and a Squeeze, Room on the Broom, Charlie Cook's Favourite Book and The Snail and the Whale. Wow!
We are also including a signed copy of Elf for Christmas’s very own book, Elf’s First Adventure.
Elf’s First Adventure tells the tale of how our beloved little Elf for Christmas leaves the North Pole to find a loving family to stay with in the run up to Christmas.
To be in with a chance of winning, all you need to do is simply share your World Book Day pictures with us on either Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
Tag your World Book Day pictures with @elfforchristmas on Twitter, @elfforchristmas on Instagram, or @anelfforchristmas on Facebook.
Pictures can be of either you or your children (please don’t share pictures of other people’s children without permission from their parents). We’ll select our favourite costume as the winner of our pile of brilliant children’s books on March 3, 2017.
